Symptoms

Problem Statement
Cannot associate Item to the reference organization via REST API : ItemV2.

When POST fscmRestApi/resources/latest/itemsV2 with following attributes, the error below occurs :

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an new Item in Definition Organization via REST API : ItemV2
  2. Associate the Item in Reference Organization via REST API : ItemV2
