Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Date of Leaving has been reported incorrectly in the FPS ( Full Payment Submission ) Audit file and on the Statutory Deductions Calculation card as well as the "Date of leaving reported to HMRC" is displaying incorrectly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Correct termination date (27/08/2021) should be reflected in FPS Audit file for the next Payroll run.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. An employee was terminated mistakenly as of 27/07/2021 effectively in July month and therefore a P45 was issued;
2. The correct termination date was 27/08/2021, therefore HR corrected the Termination date to 27/08/2021 from the Work relationship page -> Actions -> Correct Termination and therefore entered the correct Termination date;
3. When the FPS was run for the August month, the Date of Leaving is showing as 27/07/2021 in the FPS Audit file and the same is reflected in the Statutory Deductions Calculation card field "Date of Leaving reported to HMRC" as 27/07/2021 which is incorrect, as it should be 27/08/2021.
