Symptoms

When the user attempts to launch the Oracle Field Service Work Order Page (when creating the Service request), the following error occurs:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Service Logistics
2. Create Service Request
3. Create Work Order
> Observe the error

Changes

Environment: Test1 POD was copied (T2T) from Test2.

Test2 (source of T2T) was not yet being used (nor was it configured) for Service Logistics
