On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Capture Transactions-Manage Intercompany Transactions

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running transfer intercompany transactions to general ledger
the output shows

No data found

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the transfer intercompany transactions to general ledger to pick the created batch having transaction type without invoice enabled

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to Intercompany Accounting > Transactions > Create transaction with trx type not enabled for invoicing
2. approve it
3. run transfer intercompany transactions to general ledger and notice that it finds no batches to transfer

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot transfer intercompany transactions to general ledger
