Symptoms

Symptoms

1) What occurred?
An error is thrown for users having a custom role when clicking on Existing Absences. Users with the seeded Line Manager or Time & Labor Manager roles can access the Existing Absences without an issue.

2) Where did it occur?
PROD and DEV1

3) Has it ever worked?
Yes, prior to 21B.

4) What has changed?
Upgrade to 21C.

5) Sequence of events?
Upgrade to 21C.

6) Actual behavior?
Error message is thrown.

7) Expected behavior?
Users with the custom SC Time Manager Custom role should be able to access Existing Absences.

8) What is working?
Using the seeded Time & Labor Manager or Line Manager roles work.
