On : N/A version, Journals and Intercompany
New Employee facing issue is data access to GL and Tax books but AP is working fine
Customer has created new employee xxxxxx with all Roles and data access to BUs and Ledgers. User is not able to access Primary ledgers and Asset books but able to access BUs in Accounts Payables.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign Roles and Data Assignment for GL and FA
2. Try to access Assets page or General Ledger and get the error above
