Post 21C Child Allocation Bases Are Missing In Outbound Xml (Doc ID 2805898.1)

Symptoms

When selecting many standard invoices to consolidate them into one parent invoice and executing the action of allocate voucher - invoice, the process is executed.

However, when we send the allocation interface and check the transmission's XML, we detected that only one AllocationBase in the ChildAllocationBases node is created and several should be shown due to the consolidation of several child invoices.
