Fusion Global HR: Issues With Dates When Creating Volunteer Projects (Doc ID 2805934.1)

Last updated on MAY 20, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service - Version 11.13.21.07.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Problems with dates in the creation of volunteer projects.

1. When a project is created there are certain validations in the fields referring to the duration of the project. When it is validated that the date is at least greater than 3 days from the date on which the creation is taking place.
If you try to create a new project today 08/25/21, it only allows you a start date equal to or greater than 08/28/21.
The platform is required to allow the creation of projects with a start date equal to or greater than the creation date.

2. Currently for the end date and time it only allows you to be on the same day as the start date, that is, it does not allow you to set an end date higher than the start date.
The end date is required to allow a date equal to or greater than the start date.

3. Currently for the Registration Date it only allows a maximum of 3 days prior to the start date, if the project starts on 08/28/21 as the previous maximum date, only administer the 08/25/21.
The requirement is that there is no limit of days prior to the registration date in relation to the start date.
