Smart View Form Crashes Excel When Entering A Value In a Form and Clicking Outside the Modified Cell (Doc ID 2805960.1)

Symptoms

Often, when values are entered into a smartview form in excel, excel crashes immediately once either 'enter' is pressed or the focus is taken off the cell into which the value was entered. 


Typical sequence of events:
- open form
- enter value into a cell
- either hit enter or hit an arrow to move off the cell, or click on another cell
- Excel immediately crashes
