Goal

When a HR user edits demographic info such as Ethnicity, Religion, etc. for any person record, sysdate gets defaulted as Start Date for the new record and the earlier demographic info record gets end-dated. However, the information added in the new record also gets stored in the previously end-dated record. There is no date picker available for correction.
