ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When the line manager attempts to perform transfer, an error occurs.
ERROR:

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #45
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected to be able to perform transfer's without any errror.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Line Manager
2. My team ->Quick Actions->Transfer
3. Click on any employee and then got the issue.
