Issue With Uploading File to UCM Server Via File Import And Export Function For Larger Files (+200 Transactions) (Doc ID 2806222.1)

Symptoms

When uploading zip data file to the UCM server via File Import and Export, getting error message or it exit the UI and return back to home page.

ERROR
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 2, Server Domain : FADomain, Server Instance : UIServer_as19_03, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. File Import and Export > Create
2. Upload zip file ( eg. Trade.zip ) and associate to Account = ic/IncentiveCompensationTransaction/import
  ... get error or kick out of the UI close and exit back to homepage
