Goal

The customer is facing JBO-27040 error on Manage Collaboration Messaging History UI. They are receiving ASN via CMK.

Some Japanese is mixed in Item Dsecription value passed by the supplier and Error message, but if translated into English, it is as follows:

-JBO-27024: Failed to validate row with key oracle.jbo.Key [nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn]
for
StagedReceivingHeaderVO_StagedReceivingTransaction_StagedReceivingHeaderVOToSt
agedReceivingTransactionVO_StagedReceivingTransactionVO
-SEVERITY_ERROR
-JBO-27040: The value [Actual ItemDescription value] of the field ItemDescription exceeds the maximum allowable length.
-SEVERITY_RECOVERABLE_ERROR
