System Does Not Allow Carton to be Repeated For Same Location, Supplier, ASN Combination With Error "This Location and Carton Combination is not Valid or has Already been Received" (Doc ID 2806439.1)

System does not allow carton to be repeated for same location, supplier, Advance Shipment Notice(ASN) Combination With Below Error :

Error:
This location and carton combination is not valid or has already been received.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Navigate to create order screen in  Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Services(MFCS) and create a PO "PO1" against supplier S1 for item "ITM1" for 2 warehouses
    Virtual Warehouse VWH1 : unit_qty 40
    Virtual Warehouse  VWH2: unit_qty 40

2. Create a PO "PO2" against supplier S1 for item "ITM2" for the below warehouse
    Virtual Warehouse VWH1 : unit_qty 220
  
3- Go to ship purchase order screen and try creating an ASN for the above 2 POs,
    (i)ASN : ASN1
     carton : "CART1"
     PO " PO1"
     WH "WH1"
    Shipment created successfuly for the First PO "PO1"

  (ii)Tried creating shipment for the second PO "PO2" for the same ASN "ASN1", carton "CART1" and WH "WH1".

4- Error thrown on the screen stating: "This location and carton combination is not valid or has already been received"
