RPAS Cloud: Changing User Group Results in Empty Recent Plans

After changing a user group, the user is no longer able to see any workspaces under Recent Plans, even workspaces that user should still have access to in the new group. The correct template is available in the taskflow, and user can build a new workbook and open a workspace (through taskflow) but it never shows in Recent Plans (even after clicking refresh and confirming with Admin user that the workbook built successfully).
