On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

After the 21C (21.07) Update, the REST API or SOAP web service on Account produces "500 Internal Error".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using REST API URI /crmRestApi/resources/latest/accounts or SOAP web service FoundationPartiesOrganizationService
2. The request produces 500 Internal Error
