Symptoms

Any update on Transaction Discount line sets CATCHWEIGHT_IND to 'N' causing GL accounting variances

Steps To Recreate:
1. Any update to the discount line sets CATCHWEIGHT_IND to 'N' from null (original).
2. As a result roll ups are no longer getting correctly calculated in the totals.
3. Total 'RNA_MST_R' is getting impacted by this issue.
V_SA_TRAN_ITEM_NET_ROLLED is being used for RNA_MST_R. This in turn calls view V_SA_TRAN_ITEM_DISC_NET.
V_SA_TRAN_ITEM_DISC_NET logic is based on CATCHWEIGHT_IND.
