Supplier Data is Not Getting Picked from RFI Staging Tables to be Processed into MFCS (Doc ID 2806868.1)

Symptoms

Supplier data is not getting picked up from RFI Staging tables (RFI_SUPP_STAGE , RFI_SUPP_SITES_STAGE and RFI_SUPP_CONTACTS_STAGE) and not processed into MFCS application. Below error is seen in the Supplier adapter log:
