Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to terminate a PPR. After clicking on Action-->Terminate, it is stuck in 'Terminating' status for some time

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to terminate the batch

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PPR and submit
2. Once the payment file is generated, terminate the PPR from Action--->Terminate


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot continue with payment processing
