Goal

Issue in processing Quickpay in Responsive UI

Not able to process Quickpay for future dated Hire or Past dated Terminations.

For example:
1. If Employee is attached to Payroll from 01-Oct-2021 and we are currently in September, 2021, then quickpay launch page does not allow to select any Payroll.

Subsequently, the application does not allow to process any quickpay in October, 2021. This is stopping the users from testing future Hires.
2. For a Terminated employee with Final Close date in Aug, 2021. We are currently in September, 2021. Application does not allow to process Quckpay in August, 2021.

Prior to 21C we were able to use the link Payroll>> View Process Information Groups and process quickpay through Classic UI which was not having this issue.
