Symptoms

When attempting to login to the SIOCS webclient and SOCS mobile UI the following error occurs. This happens after the users have run the Out of Stock operational view report.

ERROR

Login Failed. Please contact your system administrator.

Browser console log:

/sim-mobile/internal…ns/bundle/1/en-US:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
/sim-mobile/internal…obileClient=false:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (Service Unavailable)

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to SIOCS web client
  2. Select Tasks > Operations > Operational Views > Out of Stock
  3. Select Search Mode - Hierarchy , Department - All
  4. Search
  5. After sometime, users are unable to login to the application due to server getting into an unstable state
