Goal

 
Unable to export Accrual Reconciliation Report output in Summary view

Users are able to run the Accrual Reconciliation Report to Successful completion with no tolerance parameters
specified, however, receive error messages when attempting to export the output to excel.

The report was previously providing a "Summary" view of the data.  The report is now providing a Detail view
of the data and due to this users are no longer able to export the report.

Was there a change to the report, that would be causing the report to now provide "detail" data rather than
a summarization of data?
