Required usage value and Actual Resource usage value is vary.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Work execution work area >>click on Task>Navigate to review dispatch list>Search the Work order number.
2. Complete the work order operation.
3. Resource transaction also completed once user complete the operation. After complete the operation, resource transaction is showing in Red color For Material transaction user are running the pick material program
4. When Validating the resource usage on operation level, the value is observed different in both columns(Required usage and resource usage value).
