Fusion Benefits : Value not Retained in Benefits Region/ Global Transfer Event Not working From Quick Actions Menu (Doc ID 2807052.1)

Symptoms

Global Transfer processed via quick action menu ->Local and Global Transfer results in Global Transfer event with in Benefits deleted.

Also observe that after Performing Local & global transfer using quick action , Life event gets generated but disappears after some time.

Steps:

Perform Local & Global Transfer Via Quick Action Menu

Navigate to Benefits Service Center from Benefits enrollment UI

See that the Global Transfer event is not created

 

Benefit customers who have configured Global Transfer event, will see this issue only when performing Local & Global Transfer using Quick Action Menu.
