Create Receipts From Spreadsheet is missing Receipt Sources After 21C Upgrade (Doc ID 2807401.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Customer Payments (Receipts)

Following issues reported with BU and Receipt Source LOV in Create Receipts From Spreadsheet ADFDI After 21C Upgrade.

1. Business Unit field does not have Drop down arrow however double click takes to the search screen.

2. Batch Source does not display all eligible sources or sometimes lov is blank

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Receivables>Accounts Receivables
Create Receipts From Spreadsheet

1. Business Unit is missing Drop down.
2. BU defaulted to BU1, but Batch  Source list is showing only 4 out of 6 receipt sources
3. Now, double click Business Unit field
  - Search and Pick BU2
  - Batch Source LOV is now blank
