User <USERNAME> Does Not Exist Error When Editing an Existing User Account in Cloud Admin (Doc ID 2807406.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier Any Version in OCI Environment

When attempting to update a user account in Primavera Administration, the update fails with the following error in the Primavera Administration log file. 

ERROR

Modifying user attribute failed for application access : PrimaveraUnifierStage due to Error while modifying user :[User <USERNAME> does not exist, User <USERNAME> doesn't exist for update]

Changes

 Stage data was refreshed with Production data.
