Symptoms

Cost Change head CFA with a Date type field and lowest allowed value throwing an error.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected DATE got NUMBER returned by program unit CFA_GEN_SQL.GEN_STG_TBL.


Steps to reproduce:


1. Create CFA by using upload spreadsheet template.
2. Create CFA Attributes through CFA screen under application administration.
3. Enter Lowest allowed value to restrict the minimum date parameter
3. Activate CFA.
