"Update Destination" Step Fails When Running "Send P6 Project Data to Primavera Cloud" Workflow (Doc ID 2807631.1)

Failed Status when running Send P6 Project Data to Primavera Cloud.


There is an issue with the ERP Provider. Please verify the configuration details. The error is below:  java.lang.NullPointerException


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Open a project with a matching Project ID in P6.
  3. Integration | Synchronize.
  4. Run "Send P6 Project Data to Primavera Cloud" workflow.
  5. Workflow will fail.
