Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
P6 Project Notebook Topic not Publishing correctly. They show 'span>' instead.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
For the Notebook Topic to publish correctly so that they can be used in Analytics reports.
STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Copy data from MS Word or another 3rd Party product into the Notebook Topics fields.
2. When publishing data to wbsmemox table, notice that some Notebook Topics gets stored as 'span>'.
