21C Testing - Some Product Import Jobs Are "Completed With Errors" But Have No Errors (Doc ID 2807744.1)

Goal

Customer is testing out data loads and they run across a scenario where they have run some data loads that have a final status of "Completed with Errors" but there are 0 errors displayed and there is no error log.

If there were errors, why is the count 0 and why were there no error logs generated? Customer has no way of knowing which rows failed to load.
