Purge Item Batch Job Deletes Data From Item Table and Not From the Rest of the Tables (Doc ID 2807750.1)

Symptoms

Items with a STATUS of D are not completely purged from all the ITEM tables when the Purge Item job is executed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Items should not exist in tables such store_item, store_item_stock, item_price, purchase_order_line_item,etc.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Delete the items in MFCS
2. RIB Messages updated status of those items to be "D" in SIOCS
3. Ran Purge Item Job
4. Items were deleted from ITEM tables
5. But Items still exist in rest of tables such store_item, store_item_stock, item_price, purchase_order_line_item,etc.
