Fusion Absence Management: Absence Balance Accrual Not Happening (Doc ID 2807780.1)

Goal

The absence accruals are not happening for an employee and when we try to run the accruals, it throws an error saying that their is no active payroll on the processing date.
"The accrual process failed because the person doesn't have an active payroll on the processing date. (ANC-3405133) The worker doesn't have payroll information as of the processing date"
