Cannot Run UDR With Custom Data View. Error:"Results cannot be retrieved. Please contact System Administrator." (Doc ID 2807814.1)

On : 20.12.8 version, Unifier Application

When attempting to run UDR with Custom Data View, the following error occurs.

"Results cannot be retrieved. Please contact System Administrator."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Log in to the environment
  2.  Go to Company Workspace
  3.  Go to the Data Structure Setup menu
  4.  Go to the Data Views sub-menu and create the Data View
  5.  The Data view is displayed correctly
  6.  Create a User-Defined Report based on the newly created  Data View
  7.  Run it
  8.  The following Alert is displayed: Results cannot be retrieved. Please contact System Administrator.
