Symptoms
An accessorial cost is associated to a calendar. The calendar is active only on Saturday (with both pick up and receive) and the associated calendar activity on accessorial is set to RECEIVE
Requirement is Carriers charges extra, if they have the delivery is to be done on Saturday and hence this accessorial should get added if the shipment end date is a Saturday
This is not happening and accessorial is not getting added
