Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Lead Management

Manage Lookup page is not Working

When trying to create a lookup from Setup and Maintenance > Manage Lookups the page is showing nothing, it is a white blank page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Setup and Maintenance page

2. Search Manage Lookups >  click the Manage Lookups

3. White blank page opens
