Symptoms

We have been experiencing connection errors when trying to load a page or when logging in.


ERROR

504 Gateway Time-out

or 
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users sometimes cannot use the application.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When performing searches, opening lists or just browsing the environment by clicking another tab while an action was already in process or running two sessions
