SOACS Not Able To View Composites in EM console In Newly Created Instances

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In some cases deployed SOA Composites in a multi node SOA Marketplace instance are not visible in the EM console.
To identify the issue:
1. Login to em console of your SOA Marketplace instance
2. Navigate to soa-infra -> Dashboard -> SOA Folders Tab -> Default folder -> View Composites
In the UI, the composites are not listed and the following error is shown -
Retrieval failed with error . Please view the log file for details.
