DCS Application Not Working After P2T Refresh (Doc ID 2808022.1)

Goal

A P2T refresh, the DCS application ome page loads initially but then the following message is displayed stating "Service is currently unavailable, try again later."

Are there additional steps to be taken after the P2T refresh is complete to ensure the test environments are available and fully functional?
