On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Partner Management

Is it possible to move a partner contact to another?

Let's suppose you have 2 partners, Partner A and B, each with their own partner contacts.
Partner A had a partner contact named AABBCC, but earlier this year AABBCC decided to quit working at Partner A and started working in Partner B.
We don't want to create a new user for AABBCC in the system. We want to use the same one, we just want to remove him from Partner A and add him to Partner B.
