Symptoms

XitemCre message populating wrong Selling price in rpm_item_zone_price for different zones.

Steps to reproduce : 

1. Create item using Xitem.
2. Pass hier_id=1 , selling_unit_retail=995,selling_uom=EA. under XIZPDesc. 
3. Two Zones(1 USD, 1 CAD) populate with selling_unit_retail=995 and another USD zone 766.15 in RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE.
