Symptoms

When using the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) tool OdiSftpGet to connect to a remote SSH server, the following error occurs:

The tool is used in a package generated into a scenario and imported into the production environment. The login credentials were validated and confirmed as correct by a direct connection using the 'sftp' command from a console window on production.
