On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Data Load

When attempting to update an existing Element Entry record using HDL by adding a #NULL value for an existing Element Entry Value record for the Amount attribute using User Keys only, the following error occurs.

You have provided a date-effective row that ends on (EndOfTime), for an existing record that already exists with an end date of (EffectiveEndDate) .


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to update an existing Element Entry record using HDL by adding a #NULL value for an existing Element Entry Value record for the Amount attribute using User Keys
2. encounter the error message above
3. able to update another record using the same syntax without issue
