Users UI Screen shows Users In "Active" Status For Support Users Even After Expiration Time (Doc ID 2808596.1)

When a support user is created in the system, it asks for a lifetime which is normally less than 29 days. When checking the user after the 29 days, the user status is still active, the status is still displaying as Active = Yes and the column Password Life in Days is 365. 

Why is the user not deactivated?
