Asset Field Not Appearing On SR Details Page (Doc ID 2808698.1)

Asset field is missing

The customer has added the Asset field to the SR edit page layout but they cannot see it and choose an asset when editing SRs. They have not enabled Installed Base Assets.

They are able to go to Account > Assets > Service Request tab > Create Service Request but when we open the service request, they cannot see the Asset lookup field.
