Customer Contact is Not Available for Selection Under Contract Bill Plan (Doc ID 2808745.1)

Symptoms

System displays only one contact instead of two contact records when trying to create bill plan for a contract.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigator>Contract Management
2. Search for the Contract
3. Create Bill Plan
4. Enter Bill to Party
5. For "Bill-to-Contact" system displays only one contact but should have two.
