Error Occurs When Trying to Create Barcode Items (Doc ID 2808899.1)

Symptoms

In MFCS 19.3 Version, UPC (level 3) items are not getting created and errorring out with below errors.

There is no item-supplier-origin-country information for some of the suppliers
Country of Manufacture is required for this item.

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Try to perform data conversion for level 3 item.
  2. Notice the below errors.
    -There is no item-supplier-origin-country information for some of the suppliers
    -Country of Manufacture is required for this item.
