ORA-30926 Error Rceived When Creating Price Changes Or Clearances Via Induction (Doc ID 2808914.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, Pricing-Induction

When attempting to load price changes or clearances via induction, the data remains in the RPM_SVC_* table with status 'I' and the following error is seen in the log



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Download Blank Template from Pricing Application for Price Changes/Clearances.
  2. Create data in the file for valid Item-loc-effective date.
  3. Load the file from respective screen: Upload Price Changes / Upload Clearances.
  4. Check notifications for errors.
  5. Check DB Tables - RPM_CLEARANCE, RPM_CLEARANCE_GROUP, RPM_SVC_CLEARANCE, RPM_PRICE_CHANGE, RPM_PRICE_CHANGE_GROUP, RPM_SVC_PRICE_CHANGE.
  6. Observed that the data was stuck in 'I' status in SVC tables.
