Symptoms

Apex Users were not granted  to access DB sequences.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Apex users will load data or update data on a custom script .

2. Try using the NEXTVAL and CURRVAL of a sequence in APEX with custom scripts.

3. Apex does not allow to use sequences with error "ORA-02289: sequence does not exist"
