Symptoms

Generating electronic payment files for Employee Expenses - the employee address information is not being pulled onto the payment file details.
These are fields that the bank requires in order to make the payment.

All file formats are based on ISO20022 format - none of the formats are picking up the employee address details.

How can users pull the address details onto the payment.
