Analyst Is Not Able To See The Paysheet Detail For The Participant Also Can Not See Any Participant In Participant Snapshot (Doc ID 2808962.1)

The Analyst is not able to see any participants or paysheets.

1. System Parameter settings :
    Analyst Security = By Participant
    Analyst Paysheet Visibility = Use Analyst Security
2. Analyst ( Allen ) user was created in Security Console and assigned "Incentive Compensation Analyst" ( ORA_CN_INCENTIVE_COMPENSATION_ANALYST_JOB ) security role
3. Confirm Analyst ( Allen ) has Business Unit assigned to the analyst role via Task : Manage Business Unit Data Access for Users
4. Participant ( Mike ) is assigned to analyst Allen in Participant Snapshot > Manage Participant Detail
5. Generate Paysheet for Mike
6. Analyst ( Allen ) logs in and search does not return any participant in Participant Snapshot or any paysheets
